Rohan’s Insurance career began in Wellington in 1995 after 4 years as a full time golfer.

As an Adviser his skills and talents were soon recognised and he was promoted to Management. Rohan then moved on to set up his own Insurance Brokerage in 1998. Early in 2007 Rohan & his wife Helen sold their Business to take time-out and look at other options outside of the Insurance Industry.

Rohan decided that Insurance was still his real passion and set-up Welsh & Associates Ltd later that year.

Rohan is proud to be able to work with a team that has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Insurance Industry and enjoys the straightforward and easy to understand approach that the Company and Brokers take when dealing with Clients.

Rohan and Helen have a son Jarom who is currently living in Melbourne running his own Building Business.

Jess has been in the Insurance industry since 2010 and has a background in Fire and General Insurance.

She made the decision to move into a Client Service Adviser role, as she wanted to be more involved with helping people better understand their Insurances.

Jess believes in total honesty with her clients and works hard to understand their individual circumstances. She believes that this is important, as she can then provide them with as much information as possible, allowing them to make fully informed decisions regarding their Insurance covers. She is passionate about her clients being comfortable and confident with their covers, and also feeling satisfied with their family’s future protection.

Jess is married to Andrew and has two children. In her spare time she can often be found indulging her other passions of cooking, entertaining and spending time with her family.

Suzy grew up in Wellington and moved to Christchurch ten years ago.

She has worked in the Real Estate industry for the past eight years and last year decided to make a change and join the Insurance industry.

She has had several years experience as an Office Manager and Receptionist and enjoys dealing with clients as well as the challenges that the role brings.

Suzy is married to Nick and has three boys, one of which has just left for Auckland University to study engineering. She also manages one of her other son’s Rugby team. Suzy enjoys walking and spending time with her family.
